Multi-tier pricing? All OEMs must have the same mother.

Default Ruling overturned - Back to square one....

News reports indicate the ruling demanding that Ford pay $2 Billion in a class action case brought by its commercial truck dealers alleging two tier pricing has been overturned. Here's a link to the news report - click here

The suit alleged Ford used special programs and unpublished discounts that put some dealers at a competitive advantage. The program lasted for 11 years and impacted more than 3,100 of Ford's commercial truck dealers.

While it's possible the reversal could be heard by the Ohio Supreme Court, it seems more likely that the case will be retried or settled.
