Default Diesel prices and sales of the Cummins Ram Truck

The one thing that I've noticed with the falling gasoline prices is that the gap between the price of gas and the price of diesel is growing.

In some cases it's as much as $1 more per gallon for diesel.

Will this have an impact on the sale of the Cummins Turbo Diesel?

At some point you'd have to accept the argument that the 5.7 Hemi is probably enough engine for most buyers and it's the most economical choice even when you factor in the lower MPG. While there's no question that the Cummins is the better engine for power and longevity, how much of a premium are the truck buyers willing to pay for that difference?
