Default I understand it's cheaper...

...but for God's sake, do you really think it's really worth it to outsource EVERYTHING to India? Expecially the people the dealerships are calling for help with technical issues?

I'm constantly amazed at the things the 'smart' people at the top of the heap come up with.

Well, that explains it....

I still remember the old days when the Specifiers and Expediters used to work out of the local Depot.
