What was your Dealership's score for Dealer Standards? In response to member feedback, DealershipForum is conducting a poll to determine the mix of scores for Chrysler's Dealer Standards program. The poll is simple, just indicate your dealership's score from Chrysler: Gold, Silver, Bronze or N/A. Your response to the poll will remain confidential. For dealers who missed a higher earnings level, please post how many points short you were from the next level. A little birdie told me we were 15 points shy of gold....0 for facility.
Mystery shoppers we did excellent but failed to follow up with them... Beating a dead horse I know, however, if a mystery shopper is a mystery shopper why call them.....although I called my 3 mystery shoppers the next day and left messages...because they never answer...ever. |

28 points shy of gold . . . also 0 for facility.
Failed to follow up with mystery shoppers, although we called and emailed mulitiple times and can document it. Frustrating as hell, wasting all that time on the mystery shoppers and still getting no credit for it, with no way to contest the results. |
