How can I generate GM return reserve?
I was under the impression that any parts I ordered as a CSO type order can help generate return reserve. Can someone clarify for me what the best way would be to generate return reserve in a GM parts department?

If you are RIM compliant:
RIM DROs get 1% discount and 1% return reserve Non-RIM DROs get 1% discount and 0 return reserve CSO orders get 0 discount and 1% return reserve (any type of CSO orders) QPO orders vary on discount and reserve depending on the program |
