Default Toyota Corolla and Camry outsell Ford F-150

For the first time since 1992, a car has knocked the Ford F-150 off of the #1 Selling Vehicle list.

For the month of May, 2008 the Toyota Corolla, Camry and the Honda Civic and Accord all outsold the Ford F-150. Sales of the F-150 were down 31% for the month.

The trend is a clear reaction to the spike in fuel prices and the increasing impression that fuel prices may not drop back to their previous levels.

Impressive! I can't believe the F-150 lasted this long. I guess Ford will have to change their marketing strategy for this truck.
