Default Sales Tax Incentives - How do you compete?

I just posted an article about a Auto Mall developer in Gilbert, AZ that has an agreement with the community to receive 50% of vehicle sales tax collections for a period of 10 years. Here's a link to that post: Click Here

My question to the neighboring dealers in AZ: How are you going to compete against that incentive?
