XDCX Administrator Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 14,869	Concerning Tesla, have any OEMs voiced their support of the franchise system? I've been loosely following the news over the past several months as Tesla has attempted to get various state franchise laws overturned so they can implement their direct sales strategy. While I haven't read all the reports, I was wondering if any of the OEMs have taken the opportunity to voice their support of the franchise system? If not, I wonder if the OEMs are silently rejoicing that Tesla has put the franchise system and the laws designed to protect it in the spotlight?
