Default Insufficient Purchases?

keep getting docked on the sales loyalty mainly on oil for insufficient purchases and I do not understand why? I bill out the bulk part # that is on my parts statement and I just divide that by 4 so it is quarts and when I receive the oil if they bill me for 110 gallons I receipt 440 of the bulk # on my statement and I bill out how ever many quarts on the RO, I was sure to set the price for quarts and also set it up to not change price wise with the NU code for the first of the month...what am I doing wrong?

it sounds like your doing it all correctly. you should probably contact you DPSM to see if he or she can help you figure out what is going on.

Have you always purchased through GM? If not it may take a while for the numbers to catch up.

You may have purchased 110 gallons of bulk but have billed out 200 of oil under the GM bulk number, well that's 40 gallons that GM does not show you purchasing from them. so those 40 gallons would not be a qualified sale.

yes I have always purchased through GM other than some 15w40 that I get locally sometimes...I receipt whatever amount I get billed for on the GM statement and then do as I said so I don't know the problem, thanks for the suggestion.
