Default Ford delays the introduction of the 2009 F-150

CNBC just reported that Ford will delay the introduction of the 2009 F-150 by two months in light of weakening sales.

Ford Officials indicated that the launch date will be pushed back from August to November to give dealers an opportunity to sell the remaining inventory of 2008 F-150s. Ford also indicated that it would cut production volume if sales remain soft throughout the summer.
