Well, looks like frying pan to fire and back to pan...It seems that the FML dealer I went to work for in sales is picking up several other franchises (Chrysler is NOT one) and now they want me to learn their F&I system before the acquistion is complete.
Wish me luck, I have no idea yet which franchise I'll wind up at, but I'll probably be looking for "gentle" hints as to how their captives work.
Perhaps, I can invigorate one of the quieter areas in the forum in the near future.

Great news. BOL to ya. Any help needed just ask as I've been with most of the franchise's in the past. Are you at a JM&A store by any chance?

We have JM&A in one of our locations, not sure what the new gig will be. FML store currenty using Universal/Zurich.

Please keep us posted on what your new franchise is once you learn what store you're going to. It would be great to invigorate another section on the forum.
