Default Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Brochure

Has anyone gotten the 2010 Chrysler or Dodge Car brochure's yet?

When I call Chrysler about this issue I was told they will be shipped out in mid January. Well that came and gone.

We have the 2010 Ram and Jeep brochure's ready for our customers.

Any Clue Guys and Gals?

No brochures here either. We are supposed to have “eBrouchures” in Market Planner under Media that we can print out and use… but there’s only about a 1/3 of the vehicles with available 2010 brochures. Even on the corporate websites… there are very few 2010 brochures available to print.

None, nada. Why would we need Dodge and Chrysler brochures though? Who's interested in them? Does GM have 2010 brochures for all of their vehicles? They left bankruptcy weeks after we did. Oh yeah, they're a real manufacturer.

No Clue about the one. I bet Ford has very nice ones. And Toyota's might be collecting dust on the showroom floor. So maybe it is okay that we do not have any then.

Default Brochure update.....

I just read a post on Allpar from a dealership employee who reports his store has all the 2010 Jeep Brochures and the 2010 Ram LH and HD Brochures. He's still waiting for everything else.

He commented that his Chrysler rep had no idea when the rest of the brochures might arrive.

There was another post in the thread that suggested that terminating the BBDO contract is the reason for the delay.

I have LD and HD Ram, Dakota, Jeep: GC, Commander, Patriot, Liberty, and Compass. The rest, nothing. Have people ask for them all the time. The rep says print them one off the internet, I'll bet the customers will love that. "Here Mr.Customer, let me print you a nice black and white copy of a brochure on my little laser jet". I mean who really needs brochures to sell a car anyhow, just give SGS some more $$$ that will make it better.

I have the same frustration - it's hard not to be cynical at times.

For Heaven's sake Chrysler can't even figure out how to get brochures out to the dealers. The 2011 vehicles will arrive before the 2010 brochures do.

The part that's so ironic is Chrysler just finished wiping out the DAA's so they could have more control. It's hard to have too much confidence in their abilities when they spend their Super Bowl money on a car that only retails 1,200 units/month and then they follow that up with the "Minivan Pledge."

Same here - we've only got the brochures mentioned above. It's a little embarassing when the customer asks for one. I don't think they believe the excuse I've given them consisting of:

"we've had so much interest in the Avenger that we've run out of brochures."

We just had the Pgh auto show... generic CDJR line brochures only. And they weren't worth "lift'n".

Love that one TXFLYER.

Talked with a DP that came over on a DT this afternoon. He called Chrysler about this and we might not get DODGE Cars at all in 2010.

Update Chrysler 2010 are in a PDF File on Chrysler.com

*Was told during Round 1 of SGS inspections we must have a copy for them to see we do have them for the customer. Okay let me waste 200.00 and get my Color Laser Printer new toner. Yea Right! *

That's a real Auto manufacturer with 13 billions to play with the get the American public excited. Nothing better for a customer's confidence when a year later they ask for a brochure and you have to say...."We never got them this year." Half the time I get, "So then what did we all pay for with the bailouts?" And...who can argue with that disdain.

That's awesome.

I was reading the thread on Allpar and one of their members indicated he gets so frustrated trying to get brochures from his local CJD dealership that he just buys them off of Ebay.

Now there's a profit center I bet most of our members are missing....
