Default Dealertrack dms/arkona

I have a question, is anyone in here currently using arkona as their DMS and if so are you currently up or down, system's been down over 2 hours here. (again)

We're doing okay today. This changes like the weather though.

Thanks for starting this thread.

While I think it's great that DealerTrack is challenging ADP and R&R it seems clear there are some issues related to their growth.

I know we've covered this issue on the forum before but I think the fact there's a thread dedicated to DealerTrack's reliability will increase the likelihood that Google will find this thread and route more users to this site.

Who knows, maybe even DealerTrack will check it out.

If so, perhaps they'll slow their growth to match their capabilities ( at least one would hope)

As I mentioned in the other thread, the fact that DealerTrack is still running banner ads at the Automotive News website would seem to indicate they want to continue their growth despite support issues.

If you continue to have problems and feel you've exhausted all other avenues, you may want to post a message on DealerTrack's Yahoo Message Board. The Yahoo Message Board is intended for the company's investors but I'm fairly certain it's read by their management staff too.

Here's a link to DealerTrack's Yahoo Message Board - click here

Default Check out their Facebook page....

It would appear you're not alone - just look at their Facebook page - click here

I just read through a few of the posts but it appears there are a number of people who have been having problems with DealerTrack for the last several days/weeks.
