That's consistent with my views too.
While I didn't incur any losses as a result of the OLDCO terminations I feel a lot of sympathy for those who did.
I understand the concept of "forgive and forget" but I don't think it applies when the counterparty shows no remorse for their actions and continues to dance on the graves of those they've destroyed.
