I guess I am the young guy in the FI world... Been in my office for 4 years, and doing FI for 8 (we used to do our own FI)
I run 1000 per copy, and 40-50% Penn across the board, we are in a small town and most of the customers round here drive crazy miles commuting, So warranties are my game, I am usually at 75-85% warranty penn.
Although I am new, I have followed the FI department for 15 years and know it pretty well... On top of that, FI is the best position in the dealership and I LOVE MY JOB!!!
