Trying to create an incentive base program for the 3rd qtr. I'm a Parts Mgr at a Mercedes Benz dealership looking for Ideas to create a fun contest for the parts employees. Any ideas.
We current have 4 counterman and a shipping clerk. Please let me know your thoughts.
