Thanks for the update - I'm pleased to hear it sounds like you're on the path to getting the problem solved.

Concerning Estate Planning, you make an excellent point. With the return of the "Death Tax" I'm sure more dealers will have to decide if life insurance is a useful tool to minimize the tax obligation of their heirs.
