Here's a counter-balance to "retaliation." I was told that in a termination case, the factory submitted as proof of the dealer's incompetence the fact that he was too dumb to even ask for an increase of his warranty reimbursement to retail rates when the law allowed it. You might ask Len Bellavia about the case. He's knowledgeable about that kind of stuff. If you are nervous about asking for the increase, you might mention the case to your factory rep and explain to him that you really don't want to be labeled an incompetent dealer.
