Well, looks like frying pan to fire and back to pan...It seems that the FML dealer I went to work for in sales is picking up several other franchises (Chrysler is NOT one) and now they want me to learn their F&I system before the acquistion is complete.
Wish me luck, I have no idea yet which franchise I'll wind up at, but I'll probably be looking for "gentle" hints as to how their captives work.
Perhaps, I can invigorate one of the quieter areas in the forum in the near future.
