I can't say I'm too surprised that your GM rep wasn't happy you were selling tires outside of their program. In fairness that is part of the their job to try to increase Dealer Loyalty but hopefully they have the ability to see both sides if you were able to get a better deal from an outside vendor.

Concerning your comment that your Parts Staff is outselling the Service Advisors when it comes to batteries and wiper blades - that is a surprise. I don't know the details on how the GM spiff program works but if your guys are selling the product and not getting rewarded I'd bring it up as a topic of conversation.
