Termination return?
My old dealership closed for about a year and a new owner bought it, we will have a new dealership name and dealer code, the whole nine yards. Will I be able to do a termination return or something to the affect when we get up and going? I don't know how they will measure the obsolescence because like I said we literally closed for over a year, will I be able to do a termination return like when someone buys it but doesn't close or since we were closed will it be different?
