I agree with Mr. Iacocca that there's been a vacuum of leadership from Washington D.C., Detroit, Wall Street, etc.
That said, I still can't get past the fact that he selected Bob Eaton over Bob Lutz as his successor.
At one point Lee Iacocca was my hero - he could do no wrong in my eyes. It's too bad that his ego prevented him from selecting Bob Lutz as CEO.
In my opinion, Lee Iacocca saved Chrysler and then he killed it.
