I spent several years in F&I. I had an old GM tell me F&I was the easiest job in the dealership. He had the easiest job because he didn’t do squat. I think F&I is both the hardest & most rewarding. The right person makes a world of difference.

I had an old vet in the box for yrs until he passed away last year. This guy was the best closer I’ve ever seen. 1,000 + PVR , w/ rare chargebacks & the customers loved him w/ perfect CSI. He was a real friend & is sorely missed. His name was Dunn & when he sat them down you knew the deal was done.
