Thanks for asking and sorry for my delay in getting back to you.

In answer to your question, I still make an effort to go to the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale but no longer attend the auction in Las Vegas.

In the past I would make a special trip from Phoenix to Vegas with the sole intention of attending the Barrett-Jackson Auction. Just a few weeks ago I was in Las Vegas while the B-J auction was being held but figured I'd rather take my SeaDoo out on Lake Mead instead of going to the auction.

The last time I went to the B-J Auction in Vegas I was somewhat disappointed. The gate fee and parking have both gone up in price and the area where they offer "Hot Laps" in Corvettes and Mustangs had become so small that it was mostly just a waste of time - (there wasn't enough space for the driver's to convey how awesome the cars truly are.)

I still recommend attending the Barrett-Jackson Auctions but I'd also have to confess that the experience isn't as great as it once was for Scottsdale and the same is true to an even greater extent for Vegas.
