$2.59 and falling in Western Washington

I saw gas at $2.59 at a small independent station in Belfair, WA.

It's been said that Americans have very short memories as it relates to economic events, but I'm not so sure? I think the rapid rise of fuel to $4.50+/gallon has left some scars that will take some time to heal.

$2.59 north Ga.

Gas is $1.98 in Harlingen, TX

CNBC just showed a picture of a Valero gas station in Harlingen, TX with gas at $1.98.9

To think that it was only about four months ago that Chrysler was trying to convince people to buy cars because of the $2.99 Gas Guarantee. :)
