This popped up on my facebook page as a memory today. Just a reminder of how long all these lawsuits seem to take. Less than 1 month to our 7TH toast to the killed off dealers. I'm afraid nothing will come of this.

Summary judgement request has been put aside and we are going to discovery. My hope is to live long enough to see this to the end with a hoped for victory. Latest estimate I have heard is 2018 for trial.In the mean time here is a toast to all those affected.

It's amazing how slowly the wheels of justice turn - I can't believe it's been two years since that story ran in Automotive News.

I remember being happy when I read that story and was looking forward to hearing testimony from Messrs. Landry, Press and Grady. Hard to believe the trial could still be two years away...

This is insane. AIG shareholders already had their trial and that involved a **** ton of more money than the Chrysler bankruptcy. Rotten bastards.
