The forum is still pretty new and many of the members seem to be reluctant to post messages, but the long term vision is exactly what you describe.

I want this to become a place where dealership owners, managers and employees can come and exchange ideas and learn from one another.

I noticed that you're from Northern California, is the housing situation and economy as bad there as the media makes it out to be?
