How'd you Cadillac guys do with the 2013 XTS "Service Enhancements"
 
Just curious how other stores handled the XTS and it's 13+ "Service Enhancements" (good gosh,..don't call em recalls!) before some owners made their first payment.

Just like all the software companies releasing software before it's ready for prime-time, so was this car

I remember back when Chrysler bought AMC and inherited all of the Renault problems. The Renault Medallion was a horrible vehicle with a lot of quirks and annoyances and Chrysler used the same tactic by issuing a "Customer Satisfaction Initiative" to fix the problems. Chrysler didn't want to use the recall word either.

No question about it, Detroit has some of the world's best wordsmiths. :)

That's too bad. I was under the impression that GM had brought back some of their retired engineers to ensure high quality vehicle launches.

Cadillac seems to have a lot of positive momentum, it would be too bad to see some of that whither away because they launched the XTS too early.
