Some Texas Newspapers are reporting that a Texas Toyota Dealer was shot by Police during a "disturbance" ? Anyone hearing more about this?

I just read about it in the Star Telegram. Had heard a rumor about it Saturday.

Wow, that's a really unfortunate situation. :(

Based on the news report it sounds like he wanted to use the police department to fulfill his suicide wish. Pointing a gun at a bunch of cops is a good way to get yourself killed.
