Trying to get an employee validation # to deliver new Dodge. Went to the Employee Advantage website and it instructs you to call in at 800.756.2886. After you enter a series of prompt #1, the line goes to a pre-recorded message "Sorry we are closed for important updates" then hangs up. I called program headquarters (WHAT A JOKE!) "Sorry we can not help, you must call EP hotline"
Call/emailed my reps, but they are ignoring me due to the fact I have not play wholesale ball for the last three months.
All I ever wanted to do was sell/service cars and trucks. Never thought I would ever get so much grief from a manu. Greatly appreciate any suggestions in advance
