On March 19th Chrysler linked a document on DealerConnect addressing many of the questions their dealers would likely have regarding a potential Fiat alliance. The document was titled - "Dealer Fiat Alliance Questions and Chrysler LLC Response."

Given the fact that Chrysler has to ink a deal with Fiat by the end of April, it seems strange that the document is no longer available on DealerConnect. Dealers have more questions now then ever before, why did Chrysler remove the document?

When I read through the document, I was surprised at how many questions Chrysler refused to answer. Listed below are some of the questions where Chrysler responded "It is too premature to speculate."

Will all Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge stores have Fiat products to sell?
Will we need new dealer agreements?
Will these rebadged Fiats have any kind of profit margin that will realistically contribute to the dealers' battered bottom line?
What are the annual volume expectations for the new vehicles we will be receiving from this venture?
Will the Fiat vehicles have lifetime warranty
Is the lifetime warranty going to be expanded to include the new models or removed altogether?
Will Fiat have a finance arm and will they offer dealers floorplan availability?
How will the dealer network be laid out? Who will sell Fiats, Alfa Romeos, etc.?I think the document created more questions than it answered. Maybe that's why it was pulled?
