A failed Used Car Dealership in Vista, CA faces over a $1 Million in claims from lawsuits initiated by their flooring source, their wholesaler, and their customers. Even their former attorneys have filed a claim.
The largest claim was filed by Wachovia Dealership Services for over $450,000. Wachovia alleges that the Dealership failed to provide titles to vehicles that it had loaned money against and now the vehicles are unaccounted for. Another claim was filed by their wholesaler who indicated that vehicles valued at $228,000 were left for consignment and are now unaccounted for.
The report indicated that attorneys for the plainiffs have been trying to locate the Dealer Principal to file papers but have not been able to locate him.
