Hello from Oklahoma

My name is Rex. I am a Service Manager for a Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealer.

I started my career with CDJR at the age of 20 in August 2006 as a parts advisor. I worked in the parts department for roughly 4 years, then with the same dealership I moved on to be a service advisor for another 2 1/2 years. In October of 2012 I was promoted to Service Manager.

I am here to learn as much as I can and maybe get advice from other dealers.

Rex - Thanks for creating an Introduction thread and Welcome to DealershipForum. :wave:

The forum's been pretty quiet lately but there are a lot of great members who lurk the site and they'll respond to threads where other members are looking for information or advice.

On a different note, congratulations on your career progression. The fact that you've worked in the parts department and as a Service Advisor will provide you with a great perspective in your new job as Service Manager.
