It's no secret I work for Lithia Motors and support them 100%. We have a customer centric dealership program called "Assured". There is a basic montra to Assured:
"Our customer's prospective comes first"
We've got programs like a 3 day / 500 return policy on all cars, pricing displayed on the window below MRSP on all new vehicles, 60 day / 3000 mile "it breaks we fix it" used car warranty, service as you need it, etc.
I guess I'm curious what some of the other dealers out there have for their customers. Who has a program that works or doesn't work?
