Does anyone use Craigslist to sell cars?

When Craigslist was still fairly new I used to list some vehicles there and it was pretty successful.

The store that I worked at was almost 100% Truck/SUV sales so Craigslist was perfect if we took an unusual car in on trade. (Import Brand cars always seemed to do well for some reason)

Is anyone having any success with Craigslist?

I still use it sometimes, with my cheaper vehicles. Sometimes I'll list my $4K or $5K cars on there.

That sounds like a smart plan.

It seems like Craigslist is stronger in some markets than others. In the Seattle area it's super popular. So much so that the local newspaper has almost no private cars in the Classified Ads any longer.

Craigslist it's free, it's fast and it works. :)

We use it, works well on cheaper stuff, but have sold quite a few Certified Acuras via CL.
