New to the forums.

Hey guys,

I stumbled upon these forums through doing some google research on the Chrysler tool audit that is currently underway in my area. I am an employee at a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer located in Canada.

I see a lot of you dealers are located in the USA, and it is interesting to see the different practices and protocols in place that vary from the canadian market to the us market.

So far through reading posts here, it is evident that we often run into the same problems, issues and concerns and this seems like a great community to address those questions and to receive answers from people in the same boat as you are.

Steve - Welcome to DealershipForum and thanks for creating an introduction thread. :wave:

The forum's still pretty small but there are some awesome people here and the forum provides a great opportunity to exchange information and ideas with dealers across the country.

It's also great to have a Chrysler dealer from Canada on the forum. It will be interesting to see how Chrysler's programs differ between the U.S. and Canada. As I understand it, all of Chrysler's dealers in Canada are full-line Genesis dealers where there are still hundreds in the U.S. which need to be consolidated. (Or Chrysler needs to scrap their Genesis plans....)
