While I'm convinced Chrysler will post some favorable sales results when they compare September, 2010 to September, 2009 I think many of our members will agree it was a tough month.

Concerning pay plans, there was a thread on the forum a week or two ago about pay plans but there wasn't too much discussion. From what I've been hearing the biggest issue lately is showroom traffic.

On a different note, I sent you a Private Message concerning your User Name - it might be a good idea to choose something different.
