The report indicates that the dealerships shared a DMS system that was located at Turpin Dodge and Galena accessed the DMS via a T-1. The dispute dates back to 2004 and the report stated the two dealerships have family connections.
I wonder if the DealerTrack people are going to be using this case as an example of why it's better not to own your own hardware when they're pitching their services? :rolleyes:
