I can't remember, did Saab stay with Old GM, or into New GM? Since the sale has collapsed and GM has Saab back, who has it?

Has to be in the old GM, otherwise GM couldn't close it out without a new bankruptcy unless they used the state laws to close up the dealerships.

I stand corrected, quoting Auto News today:

GM spokeswoman Ryndee Carney said at the time that if the Saab deal fell through, GM would close the brand and all its dealerships would be terminated.

Saab’s dealers all signed termination agreements in June when GM entered bankruptcy, she said.

Thus New GM, but a kind of "wind down" agreement in play.
